When the “ Free to explore “meets the” world of possibilities » !
Abylsen’s commitment to the learning collective was echoed in the openness and innovative teaching approach of the ICD Business School. This tailor-made partnership is based on common values, freedom of action and exploration, to meet the needs of a constantly evolving society on a key function of the Abylsen ecosystem. An ambition: to allow work-study students to live a structuring training experience to discover new professional perspectives.
“ In our organization, we have a growing need for recruiter profiles, key to our development. By building this partnership with the ICD Business School, we are innovating by experimenting with a new channel for identifying and training our Talent Acquisition Officers in line with our entrepreneurial culture. This project is a strong commitment on the part of Abylsen. We invest to maximize the potential of selected candidates, by intervening from their initial training, in the development of their skills and immersion in the values of the company. For these future work-study students, it is the promise of operational and professional training and also the prospect of a long-term future collaboration. » Mélanie Aubert, Abylsen Group HRD.
” Our vocation is to train a new generation of talented, responsible and open to the world students, and to support companies to be ever more daring, inventive and inspiring. Those students will be on an apprenticeship contract within an Abylsen Agency, and will prepare for the targeted Diploma of the ICD Business School conferring the Master’s Degree. We have chosen to position them in the “Responsible Trade” Major » of the Grande Ecole Program with the minor « Talent Acquisition » to meet Abylsen requirements » says Dominique Vergez, Director of the ICD Business School.
The ICD Business School teams are delighted to support Abylsen in the training of its Talent Acquisition Officers, key positions in the development of the group. During the exchanges on this project to train a Talent Acquisition team via apprenticeship, the Grande Ecole program of the ICD Business School very quickly became obvious, as much by its lessons and its international dimension as by the values of the School very similar to those of the Abylsen Group.
