The elected official announced the delivery, in the coming weeks, of the communal lodging, La Rivée, in Saint-Georges-de-Chesné, after a long period of work. He discussed the projects in progress and which will continue this year.

Restructuring of school buildings

The mayor mentioned the expansion of the Vendel school carried out in 2022, as part of the restructuring of school and extracurricular buildings. The project will continue in 2023.

The extension of the Saint-Jean-sur-Couesnon school, with the creation of a nursery, a leisure center, two new classes and a canteen, is probably the most important project of the mandate. , in financial terms. Secondly, this will concern the energy renovation of the rest of the school.

35 building lots and six rental units

The construction and marketing of 35 building lots and six rental units in the La Prairie concerted development zone (ZAC) in Saint-Jean-sur-Couesnon has begun. The mayor announces a development project in Saint-Marc-sur-Couesnon for a carpooling area and a chaucidou to secure passage over the motorway bridge, a study is underway with the services concerned.

Incentive fee
