Last joint inspection yesterday morning before handing over the new classrooms to the head teacher of the comprehensive school “De Amicis-Masi”.

Tomorrow the administrative documentation relating to this office will also be completed. This morning the engineer Limone was also present who carried out all the relevant acoustic findings in compliance with what had been the solicitation of the ASL in its favorable opinion ». I remember that the previous Masi site was right next to the variant and we were never able to raise the question because that was the historical site. Therefore, also from this point of view we are very serene and calm and we are ready for this ribbon cutting. We hope, beyond the legitimate even if minimal perplexities raised by some parents, that on Monday we will all convince ourselves that this is the best solution, the most functional one and we will give the children a safe school ». The pupils will find a new school on Monday morning, then assures the tricolor band «because this is a structure that was born as a school. They will have the same feeling they will feel in three years, for which of them will be there, when they find themselves entering the new Masi headquarters».
A protected and safe route is envisaged for pupils to access the school: «We are carrying out checks at the entrance and exit of the complex. The parking lot is large and gives the possibility to users, not only of the supermarket but also of the school, to park. Behind us there will be the entrance to the parking reserved for teaching staff and Ata. It will be a second parking area that will not affect the parking in front of the school entrance intended for users. There is also plenty of parking available here for the school bus that will arrive. So honestly it is the solution, which day after day, also seeing the progress of the works, is satisfying us more and more».
A new middle school ready to host the Open Day at the end of the month on the occasion of the closure of registrations «this is a priority that we leave to the school – concludes the councilor for education Lello Labate -. Today we have taken care, as the mayor said, to give a worthy home to the Raffaele Masi institute in Atripalda. At the same time we will start and continue all the preparatory activities for the opening of the construction site for the demolition and reconstruction of the new middle school.
